Baked tomatoes with goat cheese, curry and basil

With the arrival of warm weather also reach our good intentions to eat healthier. Ingredients for four people

  • 4 tomatoes, a roller goat cheese

  • 12 basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

How to make stuffed tomatoes with goat cheese, curry and basil

We begin preheating the oven to 180 degrees. Wash tomatoes and cut them a layer top as a lid. With a teaspoon let the draining, we reserve the meat of tomato sauce or add to a stew.
