If you like to eat healthy and also love dishes that are fast to prepare, then do not hesitate, this is your recipe. The Asian-style stir-fried noodles is a dish full of flavor, which is made very easily and although you need to be aware of the stir to stay in your spot, anyone can do it in no time.
In this recipe I used wheat noodles, they merely need to be added to a pot of boiling water and let stand a few minutes. It is great dish for when you are in a hurry but you want a different dish with some Asian touches, escaping some classic pasta.
Ingredients for four people
- 250 g of Asian wheat noodles
- 400 g of pork into cubes
- 100 g frozen peas
- 80 g red pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, salt and pepper
Preparing the Asian-style stir-fried noodles
Peel and chop the garlic and meat into cubes of regular size. Chop the red pepper into strips. In a wok or saucepan heat the oil and fry the meat for seven minutes , season and add the peas, garlic and ginger.
Saute all together three minutes,then add honey, lemon juice and soy sauce and cook for a couple of minutes.
Take salted water to boil and cook the noodles. Once cooked we drain them and pass them to the wok to saute all together for another two minutes . Serve quickly before it cools.
